Bilt's November 1, 2026 Rent Day has no transfer bonus: ten sections of terms and no airline or hotel partner. Still worth it: up to $150 off one Bilt Travel Portal hotel booking (book by 3:00 am ET November 2), gift cards at 25% to 100% more on November 1 only, and double points up to 1,000. Read October 31, 2026, from Bilt's own November 2026 Rent Day Terms (a ten-section PDF at biltrewards.com), Bilt's Gift Card Redemption Terms, and Bilt's October 28 newsroom post. The screenshots below are from those pages. Facts are as of October 31, 2026. Point values are our own.
Bilt's Rent Day is Sunday, November 1, 2026, and there is no transfer bonus in the terms: ten sections, and not one airline or hotel partner among them. This is not the Rent Day to hold points for. What the list does have is one offer worth real money: up to $150 off one hotel booking, bookable since Wednesday and open until 3:00 am ET on Monday.
TL;DR
- No transfer bonus. The ten sections of Bilt's November terms list no airline or hotel partner. October had Hilton and Amtrak (our October Rent Day read); November has none, so points are better held, or sent to Hyatt at 1:1 while that lasts.
- The hotel credit is the offer. Up to $150 off one booking in the Bilt Travel Portal, at a spend threshold Bilt sets for you and shows in your account. Any hotel, any check-in date, taxes and fees count toward the threshold. The window is 9:00 am ET October 28 to 3:00 am ET November 2, so it is a five-day offer that happens to include Rent Day.
- The gift-card bonus is Sunday only and tier-dependent. From 12:00 am ET November 1 to 2:59 am ET November 2, Bilt Points redeem for gift cards at 25% more value for Blue, 50% for Silver, 75% for Gold and 100% for Platinum. By our value, even Platinum's double trails a 1:1 transfer to Hyatt. The rule for your own app is below.
- Double points on Bilt cards, Sunday only, capped at 1,000 bonus points for the month.
- Rent Free, with Jennifer Lopez: three questions in the app, answers due by 3:00 pm ET Sunday, up to 19 winners get a month's rent up to $2,500.
The hotel credit: up to $150 off one booking, and not only on Rent Day
Bilt's terms, section 3, "Bilt Travel Portal November Rent Day Offer":
This promotional offer is valid from 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 28, 2026, through 3:00 a.m. ET on November 2, 2026 (the "Offer Period").
During the Offer Period, eligible Bilt members may receive a credit of up to $150 on one (1) qualifying hotel booking made through the Bilt Travel Portal in the Bilt app or website (the "Offer"), subject to these terms. The Offer is personalized, and the applicable qualifying spend thresholds and corresponding credits will be displayed in your Bilt account during the Offer Period. The credit will be determined based on the highest qualifying spend threshold satisfied by the booking.

What the rest of section 3 says, in plain words:
- The three amounts are $50, $100 and $150, and which one you get depends on the spend threshold shown in your account. Bilt does not publish the thresholds. Members posting in points-blog comment threads this week report $50 off $500, $100 off $750 and $150 off $1,000; those are member reports, not Bilt's numbers, and the terms say the offer is personalized, so yours may differ. Open the Travel tab in the app and read your own.
- One booking per member. Credits "cannot be split across multiple bookings, combined across reservations, or accumulated."
- Any hotel in the portal, including Home Away From Home properties, with "no restrictions on check-in dates or length of stay." So a stay next summer qualifies as long as you book it before the window closes.
- Taxes and fees count. Qualifying spend is "the total amount of the hotel booking, including applicable taxes and fees, before the application of Bilt Points, Bilt Cash, or the promotional credit." Incidentals and anything paid separately to the property do not count.
- You can pay with points or Bilt Cash and keep the credit. A booking "may be paid for using any payment method accepted through the Bilt Travel Portal, including Bilt Points or Bilt Cash, and will remain eligible."
- You cannot stack it on a card hotel credit. The offer "cannot be combined with any other offer, including without limitation Bilt Card travel credits, and Bilt Travel Hotel Credits," which names the Obsidian and Palladium hotel credits. A booking that uses one of those is not eligible for this one.
- Cancel inside the window and the offer comes back. "If a qualifying booking is canceled during the Offer Period, the member may use the Offer on another qualifying booking completed during the Offer Period." Cancel after Monday 3:00 am ET and it is gone.
- Regular hotels get the credit at checkout. Home Away From Home bookings get it as a statement credit after the stay, in six to eight weeks, to the card used at checkout.
Who this is for: anyone with a hotel stay to book in the next year who was going to pay cash. If the Bilt Travel Portal rate matches the hotel's own rate, $150 off $1,000 is 15% back, before the points the booking earns. The check is to price the same room on the hotel's site first, since portal rates can run higher and a portal booking usually does not earn hotel elite credit. If the portal is within the credit of the direct rate, book it.
The gift-card bonus: 25% to 100% more, Sunday only
Bilt's terms, section 2, "Gift Card Redemption Offer":
This offer is valid for Bilt Members from 12:00am ET on November 1, 2026 through 2:59am ET on November 2, 2026.

The bonus is a percentage on top of whatever Bilt's normal gift-card rate is, and that normal rate is the catch. Bilt's Gift Card Redemption Terms do not publish a rate. They say Bilt "may add, modify, or remove gift card offerings, participating merchants, denominations, and Points-to-gift card conversion rates at any time," and that "before completing your gift card redemption, we will display the dollar value of the gift card based on the number of Bilt Points you redeem."

A points blog that checked the app on October 30 read the normal rate at about 0.7 cents a point. We could not confirm that from a public Bilt page, so treat it as a third-party reading and check the number your own app shows. At that rate, here is what one Bilt Point buys in gift cards on Sunday, next to what the same point is worth sent to World of Hyatt, where Bilt still transfers 1:1 on any day through December 31 (the ratio changes to 4:3 on January 1). Our everyday value for a Hyatt point is 1.63 cents.
| Your Bilt tier |
Sunday's bonus |
Gift-card value per point, if the normal rate is 0.7 cents |
Hyatt, 1:1, at our value |
The normal rate your app would need for gift cards to win |
| Blue |

1.30 cents or more |
| Silver |

1.63 cents |
0.93 cents or more |
| Platinum |
100% |
1.40 cents |
1.63 cents |
0.82 cents or more |
The rule: open the Gift Card section of the Rewards tab, pick the card you actually want, and divide the dollar value Bilt shows you by the points it asks for. If the answer is 1.63 cents or more, the gift card beats a Hyatt transfer by our value. If it is less, the points are worth more as a hotel night. At the 0.7-cent reading, no tier gets there, and Platinum's double lands at 1.4 cents.
Who this is for: members who were never going to transfer, with a balance too small for a Hyatt night, or who hold Bilt Rewards Credits, which the terms say can also be redeemed for gift cards. A Platinum member turning 5,000 points into about $70 of a gift card they would have bought anyway is not making a mistake. A member with a Hyatt stay in mind is.
Double points on Bilt cards, Sunday only
Section 1 of the terms is the standing Rent Day offer, "valid on the 1st day of the month, from 12:00 am ET through 11:59 pm PT," running through January 1, 2027. On November 1:
| Card |
What it earns on Rent Day |
Regular rate |
| Bilt Blue |
2 points per $1 on purchases outside housing payments |
1X |
| Bilt Obsidian |
6 points per $1 on your chosen 3X category (dining or grocery), 4 points per $1 on travel, 2 points per $1 on everything else outside housing |
3X, 2X, 1X |
| Bilt Palladium |
4 points per $1 on purchases outside housing payments |
2X |
- The cap is 1,000 bonus points per month per Bilt Rewards account, "regardless of how much you purchase." On Blue that is $1,000 of spend, on Palladium $500, on Obsidian as little as $333 in the 3X category.
- Bonus points can take up to seven days to post.
- Excluded: housing payments, tax payments, and most third-party payment accounts, online marketplaces and wallets, with one named exception: "transactions made using Apple Pay are not excluded from the promotion." Gift-card purchases, cash advances and money orders earn nothing.

No transfer bonus this month
The ten sections of the November terms are: double points, the gift-card offer, the Travel Portal offer, the JLo vinyl, a food-truck giveaway in New York, Neighborhood Experiences, Barry's classes, SoulCycle rides, a SoulCycle sweepstakes and the Rent Free game. No airline or hotel partner appears. If you were holding points for a Rent Day transfer bonus, Sunday is not the day, and the 1:1 Hyatt ratio runs at full value only through December 31.
Rent Free, with Jennifer Lopez
The game is open now and closes at 3:00 pm ET on Sunday, November 1 (section 10). You answer three questions in the Bilt app or website, one submission per person. Winners are ranked by score:
- The top ten players get a month of rent, up to $2,500, plus a signed JLo x Bilt vinyl. For every question the guest answers correctly, one more player wins, down to rank 19.
- The next 100 get 1,000 Bilt Points. The next 500 get 100 points.
- Results show in the app from 4:00 pm ET Sunday. A rent prize must be claimed by November 30 at the link Bilt gives in the app, and the winner has to be a signed party to a lease.
Also in the terms
- JLo vinyl: a Bilt-exclusive cherry-red pressing of LOVE?, $19.95 or Bilt Points, up to four per member, shipping from December 16. Bilt Cash covers up to $20 per item. No points are earned on the purchase.
- Neighborhood Experiences: at least 1,458 dining seats across 45 restaurants in 11 cities, 1,301 comedy seats, a 40-seat magic show in New York on November 9, and a JLo show screening in New York and Los Angeles on December 3. Reservations opened October 29 at 11:50 am ET for Platinum and Gold and 12:00 pm ET for everyone else; Sunday's dining reservations closed at 5:00 pm ET on October 31.
- Barry's and SoulCycle: free Rent Day classes on Sunday, booked in the app, with a $30 no-show charge.
- Food truck: the first 800 members at 837 Washington Street in New York get a free item and drink, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm ET Sunday.
Our checklist for Sunday
- Before Monday 3:00 am ET: open the Travel tab, read your hotel credit tier, price the room on the hotel's own site, and book in the portal if the portal rate is within the credit of the direct rate. Do not apply an Obsidian or Palladium hotel credit to the same booking.
- On Sunday only: if you want a gift card anyway, divide the dollar value shown by the points asked. Redeem if the answer is 1.63 cents or more, or if you have no hotel use for the points.
- On Sunday only: put the spending you would do anyway on the Bilt card, up to the 1,000-point cap, and skip marketplaces and wallets other than Apple Pay.
- By 3:00 pm ET Sunday: submit your three Rent Free answers.
- Skip: nothing needs a transfer this month.
