Credits That Reset October 1, 2026: Amex Platinum Resy, lululemon, Hilton, Chase

Amex Platinum Resy and lululemon, Business Platinum Indeed, Hilton Aspire and Surpass credits end September 30, 2026. What resets October 1 and how people lose them.

Checked September 20, 2026 against the Amex Platinum, Amex Business Platinum, Amex Gold, Hilton Aspire, Hilton Surpass and Chase Sapphire Reserve product pages. Monthly credits on the other cards come from our card table, last verified against issuer pages on August 3, 2026.

TL;DR

What resets on October 1

Card Credit Left for this quarter The issuer's rule
Amex Platinum Resy up to $100 "up to $100 in statement credits each quarter after you use the Platinum Card to make eligible purchases with Resy, including dining purchases at over 10,000 qualifying U.S. Resy restaurants. Enrollment required."
Amex Platinum lululemon up to $75 "up to $75 in statement credits each quarter when you use the Card for eligible purchases at U.S. lululemon retail stores (excluding outlets) and lululemon.com. Enrollment required."
Amex Business Platinum Indeed up to $90 "up to $90 in statement credits quarterly for purchases with Indeed on the Card. That's up to $360 back per year. Enrollment required."
Amex Business Platinum Hilton up to $50 "Hilton for Business members can get statement credits of up to $50 quarterly on eligible purchases made directly with Hilton. Enrollment required."
Hilton Aspire Flight credit up to $50 "up to $50 in statement credits each quarter, for a total of up to $200 back each year, on flight purchases made directly with an airline, through AmexTravel.com, or through the Amex Travel App"
Hilton Surpass Hilton credit up to $50 "up to $50 in statement credits each quarter for purchases made directly with a property in the Hilton portfolio"

The quarter is a calendar quarter. Amex's pages say "each quarter"; the third one runs July 1 to September 30, and a charge that posts in October counts against the fourth quarter, not this one.

September's monthly credits

These reset every month, so the September allotment is the one at risk. None of them carries over.

What does not expire on September 30

Do not rush these. The issuer pages split them into halves of the year, and the second half runs to December 31:

The calendar-year credits, such as the Platinum's $200 airline fee credit and its CLEAR+ credit, run to December 31 as well.

The three ways people lose a credit

Enrollment. On the Platinum page the Resy, lululemon and Digital Entertainment credits each carry "Enrollment required." So do the Business Platinum's Indeed, Hilton and wireless credits, and its Hilton credit adds a second step: "If you do not already have a Hilton for Business account, you will be registered for one at the time you enroll in the benefit." Enrollment is a button in your Amex account, and the credit does not pay retroactively for charges made before you pressed it. Chase says "Activation required" on its StubHub and Peloton credits and DashPass has to be activated before the DoorDash promos exist.

Timing. The credit follows the date the charge posts, not the date you ordered. A Resy dinner on September 30 that posts October 1 is a fourth-quarter dinner. Leave a few days.

Wrong channel. The Aspire flight credit pays on flights bought "directly with an airline, through AmexTravel.com, or through the Amex Travel App," so a flight bought through another travel site does not count. The lululemon credit excludes outlets. Uber Cash lands in the Uber app, not on your statement, and pays only when an Amex card is selected at checkout.

Spending the awkward ones

The Resy credit pays on dining at Resy restaurants, so a table booked through Resy for the last week of September clears the $100 without a special purchase. The lululemon $75 is the one most people forfeit; a regular in-store or lululemon.com order does it, as long as the store is not an outlet. The Aspire's $50 is a flight, any airline, bought direct. The Surpass's $50 wants a charge made with a Hilton property itself, which a stay or an on-property charge satisfies.

If you hold the Platinum and want to see how the lululemon credit changed this year, the 2026 change that broke it for many has the detail. For the Reserve's own countdown, the Sapphire Reserve tenth-anniversary offers carry two deadlines of their own. And if you are choosing between the Gold and the Platinum on credits alone, Amex Gold vs Amex Platinum lays the two ledgers side by side.

Check the enrolled credits in your Amex and Chase accounts tonight. The quarter ends in ten days.
