This offer ended on October 12, 2026. Rakuten's Double Cash Back list for Sunday, October 11, 2026 is over. The rates and the $375 card payout below are a record of that day's list, not live offers; each store's Rakuten page shows its current rate.
Every Rakuten rate and term below was read on Sunday, October 11, 2026, on rakuten.com's Double Cash Back page and the individual store pages. Rakuten publishes no end time for the list. The Skechers deal tile on Rakuten says its sale ends tomorrow, so we treat Monday night as the end; the store page is the source of truth if you are reading this later.
The short version: Rakuten's Double Cash Back page lists 21 stores today with the usual rate struck through. Three stand out. Incogni and Surfshark pay 95% back (usually 20%), but only to new users and only on the first payment of a plan. Skechers pays 25% instead of 3%, on orders up to $500 with fewer than five items, on top of its own fall sale and the extra 10% for Skechers Plus members. And Rakuten is paying $375 for getting approved for the Bank of America Premium Rewards card, separate from the 60,000 points Bank of America pays after $4,000 of spending. That $375 is lower than the $425 Rakuten's app showed on Tuesday, so check which number your app shows before you apply.

Rakuten's Double Cash Back page is a rotating list of stores whose cash back rate is raised for a short window, with the normal rate shown struck through underneath. Today's list has 21 entries. Most of them are retail doubles, 2% to 4%, and a handful are the kind of jump worth planning a purchase around. Rakuten does not print an end time on the page or on the store pages; when a store drops off the list, its page goes back to the struck-through rate.
The cash back is Rakuten's money, not the store's. It posts to your Rakuten account on the schedule each store page states, and Rakuten pays it out quarterly by check, PayPal, or as points if your account is set to pay in Amex Membership Rewards or Bilt Points.
Both show "95% Cash Back, was 20%." Incogni's terms on Rakuten: "Cash Back is only available for new users and on the first payment of a subscription plan." The cash back posts "today" per the Incogni page. So the 95% applies once, to the first charge of a new subscription, and not to renewals. Rakuten also warns on the same page, "To be safe, stick to codes provided by Rakuten," which is the standard line that a coupon from anywhere else can void the cash back.
McAfee sits in the same group at 60% (usually 30%), and Saily, the travel eSIM app, at 20% (usually 5%). Same shape: a subscription or a plan, so read the first-payment line on each page before you count on the rate.
Skechers' page on Rakuten shows "25% Cash Back, was 3%." The exclusions, word for word: "Cash Back is not available on orders greater than $500, orders with 5 or more items, orders that do not originate in the U.S., purchase or redemption of gift cards or the portion paid for with Loyalty Rewards. Orders deemed for reselling purposes are not eligible for Cash Back." And under Special Terms: "Use of coupons or promotional codes not listed on Rakuten may void Cash Back."
Two things follow from that. The 25% has a practical ceiling of $125 on a $500 order, and a cart with five pairs earns nothing even if it is under $500. Cash back on Skechers posts to Rakuten the day after the order.
Skechers is running its own sale at the same time, and the two stack because Rakuten pays on what you actually pay. Skechers.com, read the same afternoon: "25% off Apparel & Bags - Applied at Cart," a "Shop Our Fall Favorites" collection, and "Skechers Plus Members stack an extra 10% OFF everything." Rakuten's deal tile for the store describes the same sale as "up to 40% off sale styles" and marks it as ending tomorrow. The one line to keep in mind is Rakuten's exclusion of "the portion paid for with Loyalty Rewards": a member discount is fine, but paying part of the order with Skechers Plus points removes that part from the cash back.
The card's store page on Rakuten shows "$375 Cash Back, was $125." Rakuten's terms: "Cash Back provided by Rakuten, not Bank of America," and "Cash Back only available for new, approved Bank of America® Premium Rewards Credit Card customers who keep the account open for a minimum of 3 months after approval." It posts "within a few months."
That is on top of what the card itself pays. As recorded in our catalog on October 11 from Bank of America's product page, the Bank of America Premium Rewards card pays 60,000 points after $4,000 of purchases in the first 3 months, earns 2 points per dollar on travel and dining and 1.5 on everything else, carries a $95 annual fee, and gives up to $100 a year in statement credits for airline incidental fees. Bank of America values the 60,000 points at $600 on its own page.
On Tuesday, October 7, we read this same offer at $425 in the Rakuten app and $400 on the website, and wrote it up in full, with the order to do it in. Today the website shows $375. The app has shown a different, higher number than the website before, so open the card inside the Rakuten app before you apply and go with whichever number you see there. The rest of that article, the terms, the three-month rule and the Amex or Bilt points option, still applies.
The Chase Freedom Unlimited is on the same list at "Up to $100" from Rakuten. We have not read its Rakuten terms today; the card's own offer is $250 after $500 of spending in 3 months per Chase's page as recorded on October 11.

Skechers is not on the Double Cash Back page itself; its 25% shows on Rakuten's store directory and on its own store page, read the same afternoon. "Up to" means the rate varies by category inside that store; the store page lists the categories. Every figure is from rakuten.com on October 11, 2026.
If your Rakuten account pays out in Amex Membership Rewards, Rakuten converts 1 point per cent, so $375 from the card offer arrives as 37,500 Membership Rewards points, and $125 of Skechers cash back as 12,500. If it pays out in Bilt Points, Bilt converts 100 points per $1 of cash back at Silver, Gold and Platinum and 50 at Blue. The payout method is a Rakuten account setting; you choose it before the cash back is paid. We do not add those points to the card's own 60,000 Bank of America points; they are different currencies.
What moved since Tuesday: the Bank of America amount on the website went from $400 to $375. What we have not read today: the Rakuten app, which has shown a higher card amount than the website before. If yours does, the app number is the one Rakuten will pay.
