Read October 23 and 24, 2026 on American Express's own pages: the Business Platinum card page, its benefit terms and the card's benefit pages, plus Tishman Speyer's ZO page. Facts are as of October 24, 2026.
Most people think of the Business Platinum Card as a travel card. Amex has now added a perk for the days you're not traveling. Its card page: "Enjoy a complimentary American Express® ZO Membership from Tishman Speyer with the Business Platinum Card® unlocking access to ZO locations in select U.S. cities."
ZO is Tishman Speyer's network of members' clubhouses and lounges for working, meeting and hosting. Amex labels it a new benefit, and it doesn't need enrollment.
TL;DR

From the benefit terms, the membership includes:
The terms list the eligible cards: U.S. Corporate Platinum, Corporate Centurion, basic Business Platinum and basic Business Centurion members, plus some employee cards on Business Centurion accounts. On a Business Platinum account, Amex's benefit page is direct: "Basic Business Platinum Card® Members are eligible to receive this benefit." Employee Business Platinum cards on a regular Business Platinum account aren't on the list.
The $500 is one credit per account: "Statement credits are issued to the Basic Card Member's Eligible Card Account and are limited to a total of $500 per calendar year." Purchases by employee cardmembers on the account count toward it, but "Employee Cards are not eligible for a separate statement credit."
The membership lasts "as long as they remain an Eligible Card Member or until American Express notifies the Eligible Card Member that the benefit is terminated," and it "may only be used by the Eligible Card Member."

Amex doesn't name them. Its terms: "Participating locations are subject to change. International locations are excluded. Current U.S. locations are found in the ZO App or at https://app.findyourzo.com." That site asks you to sign in.
For reference, Tishman Speyer's own ZO page lists the whole ZO network's cities, which isn't the same as the Amex list. In the U.S. that's Boston, Chicago, Greenwich, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C. Check the ZO app for which locations your Amex membership opens before you plan a visit.
The Business Platinum's hotel credit is changing too: our article on the new Lodging Credit and its two-night rule covers both Platinum cards.
